The developer of this project hired Hall and Wright Builders to construct three 4,600 square-foot energy-efficient buildings that would serve as a healthy working environment for employees. The buildings stand an example of sustainable development – each is equipped with high-SEER efficient heat pumps, reflective roofing membrane, LED Lighting, recycled cellulose insulation, 6” wall framing, recycled soda bottle carpeting, bamboo flooring, VOC-free paint and adhesives, day lighting throughout through velux sun tunnels, dual flush toilets, on-demand h20 heaters, low-flow bath fixtures and native drought tolerant landscaping.

The spaces have since been occupied by a fitness center, hair salon, coffee shop, restaurant, accountant’s office, the South Harbour Village sales office, a real estate office – and our own headquarters.
