About

Bryan McGowin, founder and president of Hall & Wright Builders, grew up in Southampton, NY with a love for the outdoors and the Environment. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies, Land Use Planning & Management from Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. After completing his degree, he returned to the Town of Southampton, where he held a management role in the Land Use Planning Department. Managing large-scale public use projects helped him to realize the need in the market for environmentally-friendly construction that took into account a project’s impact from planning to execution. This inspiration led to the founding of Peconic Environmental Consulting, a construction management firm located in Sag Harbor, NY. Projects managed by the firm included:

Children’s Museum of the East End

Wainscott Studios

Plum TV

Fire Island Pines Community Center (SIPS Construction)

Bookhampton East Hampton
